What is this?

In each experience, you will be locked inside for a designated amount of time while you and your team try to figure out how to escape. The rooms contain clues, secret doors, and hidden items.

How do I book? Are walk-ins allowed?

No, walk-ins are NOT accepted, please book your time slot in advanced.  

There are 3 methods of booking:   

  1. To book online please click here.
  2. To book by phone please call us at 647.498.6888.  
  3. To book by email please fill our our contact form with the details.
  4. If you have a promo please call us to book, please do not book online!

I need to reschedule my reservation!

If you need to re-schedule your reservation, please contact us 24 hours ahead of your scheduled booking.

Waiting list Rules

If the booking time slot is full, there will be an option for you to place yourself on a waiting list, if the time slot opens up due to a cancellation, an automatic email will be sent out to everyone on the list, many people can be on the waiting list, so please book right away before it is taken as it is on a first come, first serve basis.

Why is there a minimum booking fee of $35.00?

The $35.00 is a non-refundable deposit to secure your time slot, the deposit is deducted from your total admission fee upon arrival.  For special events payments are to be received in full, prior to the date.

How are discounts applied?

Discounts will be applied at the front desk, that’s why with online booking we will take a non-refundable deposit only.

Is it scary?

No it is not scary, if at anytime you want to exit there is an emergency key for you or you can just buzz us and we will open the door

Do I have to arrive in advance?

You should arrive at least 15 minutes before your booking, so that we can prepare the group checked in with all the paperwork and the details to get you started on time to get the most of your 60 minutes.  Late arrivals will cut into your own time slot as we have groups after your time slot.

Is there parking?

Yes there is ample parking outside our Escape House.

How long do I have to complete the game?

You have 60 minutes to complete the game you have booked for.
