COVID-19

We at Escape The House are committed to the health and safety of our guests and our team. Please read through the following steps we are taking to ensure the safest possible experience for you, and feel free to reach out to us with any questions.

Masks

In compliance with the region of Peel, masks are now mandatory in all indoor public spaces, this includes our lobby, washroom, and inside your escape game experience. You will not be permitted to enter the facility without a mask. If you arrive without one, we will have them available for purchase.
You can find more information on mandatory masks here: https://www.peelregion.ca/coronavirus/prevention/#masks

Sanitization

Our lobby space, washroom, as well as each of our escape experiences will be thoroughly sanitized before and after each group. Additionally, hand sanitizer will be available for use.

Booking & Escape Experience

We have staggered our booking times to allow for social distancing and effective sanitizing of all rooms and high touch surfaces to ensure a safe experience for all guests.
In order to maintain proper social distancing, we have limited the number of players for each room. They will be as follows:
Last Stop Motel: 6 Players
Turbulence: 6 Players
Trapped: 8 Players

As always, please arrive 15 minutes before your game time in order to sign in and settle any remaining balance. You will be asked to wait outside the facility until you are invited in to ensure social distancing and time for sanitization in the lobby between groups.

Our staff will be performing temperature checks on all guests who are entering the facility. In the event that you, or a member of your group, have a fever, your booking will be cancelled and we ask that you please reach out by phone to reschedule.

For the time being, we will be altering our cancellation policy to allow for same day rescheduling without penalty for those who are feeling unwell.

When making a payment, cash is still accepted, but contactless card payments are preferred.

Please note, we will not be accepting walk-ins at this time. All escape experiences must be pre-booked online or over the phone.

Vaccine Passport

Subsequent to the Provincial mandate for gaming establishments, as of September 22, 2021, all Escape the House patrons are required to provide proof of full vaccination status with either a Health Canada or CDC authorized vaccine.

For everyone’s safety, and in accordance with this Provincial order, we will not admit any patrons who are unable to provide this required documentation.

Contact Tracing

We will be keeping record of all bookings at this time. In the event that anyone who has entered our facility tests positive for COVID-19, we will reach out to inform recent guests in a timely manner.
